We want to ensure that the PRS is a key part of the Scottish Government’s ambition to achieve a well-functioning housing system with high quality and sustainable homes for all, that meets people’s needs.
I expected people to be reluctant to contribute but that wasn’t the case at all. The mix of agency staff and business owners made it so useful and it was good to talk business not just the “how to” of dealing with tenants and landlords. We will all have to review our terms of business and whilst that will be a challenge I’m confident I now have the knowledge needed.
