What do we do?

Prime Property Checks delivers high quality and independent Inventory and Schedule of Condition, mid‑tenancy, and Check Out reports that provide a clear, impartial record of a property’s condition. As accredited members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC), we uphold rigorous professional standards, stay current with legislation, and produce legally compliant, reliable documentation trusted by landlords, agents, and tenants.

We use advanced reporting methods and industry-leading software and strive to make property management simpler, fairer, and stress-free.   Initial reports are delivered no later than the next working day and are open for comment upon by landlords, agents and tenants, ensuring that all voices in the process are heard, safeguarding all concerned.  

What areas do we cover?

Prime Property Checks are based in Linlithgow, West Lothian and cover properties situated in;

• West Lothian  
• Fife     
• Central Scotland 

If you have a specific request outside of these areas however, please contact us and we can consider your requirements.

As an indication prices below are starting from for each service, depending on the size of the property and whether it is furnished or unfurnished.
