Conduct a Property Visit and Assess the Damage
Your dedicated Aspray Loss Assessor will visit the property to thoroughly assess the damage and prepare a detailed scope of works to present to your insurer.
Negotiate a Fair Settlement
Your loss assessor will manage all communications—whether by phone, email, or face-to-face—working to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement with your insurer or their representative.
Oversee the Reinstatement Works
Using trusted contractors, your Aspray assessor will oversee the reinstatement process, ensuring your property is restored to its pre-loss condition as efficiently as possible. They will ensure you are fully satisfied with the work completed before finalising the claim.

No Charge for our Loss Assessing Service
There is no charge for the Aspray Loss Assessing service providing we can use our vetted contractors to complete the reinstatement works. However, any excess stated within the policy will still apply and is payable by the policyholder. If you are a VAT registered individual or company, you will be responsible for paying VAT element of the claim but can claim this from HMRC on your next VAT return.
