New to the SAL website resources is a detailed cleaning checklist which can be passed along to tenants to help them prepare the property for the end of tenancy inspection. Landlords may also find the checklist helpful when carrying out the end of tenancy inspection, or when engaging cleaning contractors to set out what you wish them to cover. SAL’s “end of tenancy procedures email” has been amended to include this cleaning checklist along with other useful move out guidance for tenants.
