Neighbour mediation for the private rented sector

Scottish Mediation is delighted to have received funding from the Safedeposits Charitable Trust to provide a free mediation service for neighbour disputes in Scotland where at least one party is in private rental accommodation. These disputes can be extremely stressful and destructive and can lead to time-consuming complaints and loss of tenancies. Mediation has been shown to resolve many of these issues but cost is often a barrier.
