Landlord compliance breakfast – IKEA Glasgow

SAL in partnership with IKEA is delighted to invite you to attend a free breakfast information event taking place at the IKEA store in Glasgow on Monday 7 October 2024 at 9.00am.

This informal event aims to help new landlords prepare their properties for letting and beyond.  Topics covered will range from setting up a tenancy/ending a tenancy, accessing the property through to rent increases. This session is a great opportunity to find out what you need to know and ask all your questions.

What to expect:

• Welcome and introduction by SAL chief executive, John Blackwood
• Christina MacLennan of IKEA Business will give a presentation on their services for landlords
• A presentation on landlord compliance by SAL compliance manager, Gail Bowden
• A free breakfast hosted by IKEA and a chance to network with fellow SAL members
• Tour of the IKEA store
