Landlord Focus

Our member magazine, Landlord Focus is the leading publication for all involved in private sector letting in Scotland. Written, designed, published and printed in Scotland, it is sent to members three times per year. The most recent issue was sent to members in October 2016. New members joining just now will receive issue 24 with their membership pack.

Each issue includes a wide variety of informative, readable articles on topics of interest to landlords and letting agents. All content is written from a Scottish perspective making this specialist journal unique.

Autumn 2016
Issue 24 paper copies were posted to members in mid-October 2016. Features included an area focus on Glasgow,  LETWELL, agent regulation, cross-border letting, new First-tier Tribunal, taxation changes, e-signing leases, National Landlord Day preview, legionella risk assessment, property finance plus much more...  The next issue will be published in mid-March 2017.

Summer 2016
Issue 23 paper copies were posted to members in mid-July 2016. Features included an area focus on Dundee and Angus,  changes to property taxation, options for incorporation, refurbishment, working with the new MSPs, comparisons with Welsh letting, introduction of smart meters, finance challenges, landlord and agent training, pensions auto-enrolment, letting agent legislation plus much more...  The next issue will be published in mid-October 2016.

Spring 2016
Issue 22 paper copies were posted to members in mid-March 2016. Spring 2015
