Tribunal PRT rent increase letter

A letter to use following a tribunal PRT rent increase appeal to explain to tenants that they must pay the landlord the difference between the new rent (as determined by the tribunal) and the old rent, backdated to the increase date on the landlord’s rent increase notice.
