Section 11 notice updated

Before applying to the housing tribunal for an eviction order, landlords are required to notify the local authority that the tenant may be at risk of homelessness using a section 11 notice. The section 11 notice template has been amended to include a tick box for Private Residential Tenancies (PRTs). An updated version of the notice can be found here in our resources section, (members please remember to log in to access our documents).

For PRTs, landlords should now tick box 4A on page 2.
