SAL letting agent membership update
SAL is really proud to support landlords and letting agents across Scotland. We are always looking at ways in which we can improve the member experience with SAL and listen to what our members tell us. As a result, we will be renaming our letting agent membership from “Council of Letting Agents (CLA) membership” to “SAL letting agent membership”.
This update will enable us to build on the existing SAL brand and recognition, and to reinforce the importance of SAL membership for our letting agent members.
We will still be retaining the CLA brand for our policy work, where we will continue to represent the interests of our letting agent members at the highest levels.
We will be introducing a new letting agent member logo for agents to use, and this will feature the distinctive red SAL logo that everyone knows and recognises. We do appreciate that some of our letting agent members will be using the current purple CLA logo on their website, email footers or printed stationery however rest assured the new logo will be available to download from mid-July, and you will be free to move over to using the new red agent member logo at any time from that point onwards. We will be in touch when the changes come into effect, with details on how to download your new member logo and order updated window stickers for your offices.
Everything else with the letting agent membership will remain the same – it is simply the name and logo that have been updated. As valued members you will continue to enjoy all benefits such as unlimited access to the telephone advice line, extensive online resources, attending online and member events, access to the same discounted training with Landlord Accreditation Scotland, regular enews and Landlord Focus magazine, supplier discounts and savings alongside lobbying and campaigning on your behalf.
