Report on alternative dispute resolution

As part of a project on raising standards in the UK private rented sector, the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Excellence has recently published a report on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This is a process that allows disputes to be resolved without formal court/tribunal procedures.

The report, which can be read here, investigates the operation, strengths and limitations of the ADR approaches already in operation and provides suggestions for how dispute resolution could be improved.
