Landlord survey on LHA rates

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) would like to invite private landlords to participate in a 15 minute online survey hosted by Verian, an independent social research organisation.

The project aims to understand how Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates affect private landlords. LHA rates are set by the UK government and determine the maximum Housing Benefit or Universal Credit Housing Allowance that can be paid to those in receipt of benefits to hep with their housing costs  – more details are available at the project website https://lhasurvey.co.uk/.

DWP wishes to hear from all private landlords, regardless of whether you have experience letting to tenants receiving housing support. The survey is confidential and anonymous; your personal data will not be shared with Verian, DWP or the organisation that distributed this link.
