Autumn budget
We are aware that many members will be concerned about rumours in the national press of tax changes being considered by the UK chancellor which may impact landlords. With most tax policy being reserved to the UK government, any such changes are likely to affect landlords in all four nations of the UK. For matters reserved to the UK government, SAL works closely with the NRLA (the National Residential Landlords Association) which represents landlords in England and Wales.
