Vital new resources for SAL members

New to the member resources section on the SAL website are three template emails that members can use to correspond with tenants about breaches of the terms of the tenancy.

The emails, which can be found in our resources section, are for use in cases where tenants aren’t keeping a property clean enough, are suspected of subletting the property or have been accused of engaging in anti-social behaviour.

There is also a new factsheet on rent arrears/debt recovery found here that covers how to minimise the risk of rent arrears, deal with them if they occur and recover money owed by a tenant. Also new is a guide here for letting agents faced with the death of one of their landlord clients.
