Join John Blackwood in conversation with Caroline Elgar, policy manager with SAL. This session will cover the new framework landlords must adhere to if they become aware of damp or mould in their rental properties following the introduction of “Awaab’s Law”. Reforms to the Energy Performance Certificate will also be discussed, along with the latest on the Scottish Government’s proposals to introduce a minimum energy efficiency standard in the private rented sector.
