SALTalks – Private Sector Leasing schemes

In response to Scotland’s housing emergency the Scottish Government are looking into the potential for a Scottish Government supported Private Sector Leasing (PSL) Scheme.  As part of this process, the Scottish Government team are keen to hear directly from landlords who have been involved in PSL schemes previously, to learn from these experiences, understand what worked well, what the challenges were and what would attract private sector landlords to participate in a future PSL scheme.

Ideally the Scottish Government are looking for feedback from landlords based in the central belt who may be willing to participate in such a scheme, however if you have previous involvement with PSL schemes or have views on how you think this could work, please do book your place at this event and feel free to share your experiences on the day.

This meeting will be hosted by SAL chief executive, John Blackwood, who will be joined on the day by Scottish Government officials keen to hear from SAL members.

Bookings for this event have now been closed.  If you have an urgent request to book a place and attend this meeting, please call the SAL office on 0131 564 0100 to arrange this over the phone.
