This is the last of three events where you will be able to hear more details of the draft strategy with which the government aims to give tenants more secure, stable and affordable tenancies with improved standards of accommodation and more flexibility to personalise their homes.

In this event we will discuss the proposed changes to rules on evicting tenants, allowing a joint tenant to give notice to leave without the consent of other joint tenants, a ban on ‘winter evictions’ and changes to the law on student lets.
