Landlord compliance breakfast – IKEA Edinburgh

SAL in partnership with IKEA is delighted to invite you to attend a free breakfast information event taking place at the IKEA store in Edinburgh on Monday 30 September 2024 at 9.00am.

This informal event aims to help new landlords prepare their properties for letting and beyond.  Topics covered will range from setting up a tenancy/ending a tenancy, accessing the property through to rent increases. This session is a great opportunity to find out what you need to know and ask all your questions.

What to expect:

• Welcome and introduction by SAL chief executive, John Blackwood
• Christina MacLennan of IKEA Business will give a presentation on their services for landlords
• A presentation on landlord compliance by SAL policy manager, Caroline Elgar
• A free breakfast hosted by IKEA and a chance to network with fellow SAL members
• Tour of the IKEA store
